Mentorship programs
FWC recognizes the need to mold and nurture adolescents and youth by impacting them with practical skills in preparation for their future career choices and responsibilities.
FWC also undertakes Mentorship of professionals in counseling and psychology and mediation.
FWC undertakes this initiative through this mentorship program in collaboration with professionals and institutions of goodwill.
The program creates a professional relationship in which an experienced person (the mentor) assists another (the mentee) in developing specific skills and knowledge that will enhance the less-experienced person’s career, professional and personal growth.
